Come and join us in Panama…   “Then He said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but  the workers are few.”  Matthew 9:37               Where Will We Go? For the 2009 mission trip we are praying to go to two towns in Panama La Chorrera – Located 20 miles west of Panama City, about 129,000 people live there Chepo – Located about 65 miles west of La Chorrera – at a higher elevation (767 ft), more rural and remote. When Are We Going? This mission trip is planned for Jan 3-11, 2009.  There will be five working days and the rest of the time is for travel. What Will We Be Doing? There will be five mission teams: ·         Medical – Health Care workers: Doctors, nurses, medical technicians     ·         Construction- carpenters, etc.  ·         Children evangelism: Puppets and other work with children ·         Worship – Instruments/singing    ·         Translation- anyone who is bilingual: English/Spanish     Who Can Go to Panama? We are praying for three teams of people to work in various aspects of the ministry. But generally, these are the people who have joined us in the previous trips: Youth Adults College students Worship Ministry Groups Pastors Doctors Nurses Construction workers   How Much Does it Cost? Our goal for the 2009 trip is $1,200 * per person This time, even as we will be ministering to two locations, we hope to keep the cost much the same, and are praying for more missionaries to join us.
