MGO Message - A 24-Hour Internet Radio Ministry
Our Radio ministry in Sierra Leone is expanding once again!
Present Spiritual Need: According to recent estimates, 80% of the population are Muslims, in addition, there are those who hold to a traditional African religion or other beliefs. We have an open door to make a change in this country this coming year.
Ministry opportunity: Radio is the most popular and most trusted media in Sierra Leone, with 85% of the people having access to a radio and 72% of the people listening to the radio daily.
Solution: We complete a weekly broadcast including the airtime for $125 per broadcast site or $6500 a year per broadcast site ($542 average per month)
As we focus on reaching the entire country for Christ, we are challenged to build new partnerships with Pastors and Leaders across all 12 provinces of the country to broadcast the "MGO Message" Radio Program. This will serve over 8 million people with weekly broadcasts presented in local dialects, sharing the Gospel and building the local church connection in the region!
We are always looking for additional Biblical speakers. We are gathering the financial resources and the Biblical resources for the programming.
We are seeking partners here in North America to come alongside us to become prayer partners and sponsors for these radio broadcasts. This needed ministry is expanding our outreach to the total population of this West African country.
