Do you have a calling to sacrificially serve the Lord in a multicultural area of East London as an Associate Pastor?

Manor Park Christian Centre is a church family fellowship of several hundred people comprising many different nationalities and cultural backgrounds, including Asian, African, Afro-Caribbean, British, and European.

This Associate Pastor posting is for a contract length of 3 ½ years for a Full-Time job role of 40 hours per week at Manor Park Christian Centre and wherever necessary in carrying out the job role and church ministry responsibilities.  The role requires flexible working hours across six days each week, with active Sunday involvement and evening engagements and commitments.

The main tasks and responsibilities of the Associate Pastor will include overseeing and/or assisting with the following church ministries:

  • Youth Ministry
  • Cell Group Ministry
  • Teaching & Preaching Ministry


  • substantial experience at ministering cross-culturally with people from many nationalities and from different religious backgrounds, particularly amongst Muslims, Hindus, and Sikhs
  • to know that the Lord had been calling them to serve Him in a very sacrificial way in a more deprived area of London.
  • be qualified by training, experience, and skills to carry out the job description and the person specification as outlined in the Application Pack.
  • To be available to locate to East London within a short period of time.
