Would you like to glorify God through serving as the hospital administrator at Pioneer Christian Hospital, a 60-bed Christian mission hospital in Impfondo, Republic of Congo? Under the authority and guidance of the Medical Director, the Administrator is responsible for the overall directing of operations to achieve the long-range and short-range goals and objectives of the organization as determined by the governing body.

The Administrator is responsible for the daily administration and leadership of the hospital; accountable for directing, coordinating and controlling all aspects of financial management, inventory management, facility maintenance, surgical services, patient relations and staff; foster positive work relationships and serve as a liaison between the Governing Body, medical staff, employees and all departments of the hospital; demonstrate the primary goals of efficiently providing health services that exceed customer/patient expectations; improve clinical and financial operations.

The hospital administrator must have a servant's heart. With the Medical Director, develop and monitor hospital business plan. Supervise all financial administration of the hospital including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and taxes. Manage inventory and equipment purchase. Oversee property and building infrastructure.
