I have several prayer requests:

1. Prayer for salvation for my son, S and my husband, B.  I pray for this everyday and that the Lord will speak to them and reveal himself to them.

2. Prayer for healing for my mother from heart disease and diabetes.

3. Prayer for healing for my father from signs of early dementia.

4. Prayer for healing for my dog, Biscuit.  She was healed from a suspected bladder tumor over two years ago.  She has recently received treatment for fluid around her heart.  Need prayer that this fluid does not come back and that she is cancer-free, and that the arthritis in her back legs will improve.

5. Prayer for America and the nations of the world that the Lord will begin moving and draw more people to faith in him.

6. Prayer for a better, more fulfilling job for myself where I am either employed with a Christian organization or that I make a salary sufficient to donate more money to the work of the Lord!

Please pray for my family to be reconciled.  They all made professions of faith at one time.  Some have rebelled and left home.  They now want to come back but the family doesn’t want them back unless they beg forgiveness and “repent”.  I love all myh children and feel caught in the middle, so to speak.  Please pray for our church.  We are a small group and our pastor just left, we feel lonely and in need of hlep.  Thank you!

Due to health conditions a few months back our children thought it best for us to make a move so here we are in (a care home for seniors).  After spending over 60years in (our home) I rather thought we’d spend our last days there, but I guess it was not to be.  I should add praise God we are adjusting well and we have friends here from years gone by and are making new ones.  As you think of us, please pray that we’ll have a spiritual ministry here, many who need the Lord.  Thank you so much

My sister, in Florida, she has alhzeimer and is in the hospital…I am flying down Monday 21-Monday 28… I would appreciate your praying for the trip and visit.

Today in about at noon my wife and I driving (about 5 hours) to visit my sister which is 85 and is given days to live.  She is a godly lady and has been struggling for months with life but the end is very near.  I want to have some encouraging word to give her and it was her desire to see us again before dying.  She is refusing any drugs that will dull her thinking as she wants to enjoy the ones that she meets.  May God give us just the right verses to give her and I want to talk to her what Heaven is like awaiting for her.  Using Rev.22.  That we will be serving Him, we shall see His face and reign with Him forev er and forever..  Just pray that we may have safety to and from as storms are predicted for the area.  We appreciate you so much  being prayer warriors with us.

I am asking prayer for T, 22, with psychotic issues, rendering him to be mentally handicapped.

I do respite care for adult, mentally handicapped people and yesterday, after night lunch one of the young men came to me with an old King James Bible asking where in it he would find the story of Goliath.  I found it for him in I Sam. 17 and as I was reading noted that he would not get the true picture of Goliath unless he saw him in light of our standards of measure, so read to him the account from my New Living Bible.  He was notably impressed by his size & stature, but I realized that his mind was very confused and seemed to drift to abstracts….??? Just then his house parents arrived home and saw us at the table so I told them in his presence of his request.  He asked a few more questions and then went to his room (normally he rarely speaks more than a few words).  His caregiver had given him this KJ Bible mainly because he has a large book on witchcraft in his room.

Please pray for T that the Holy Spirit would reveal Himself to him and open his understanding of God and a desire to have relationship with Him.

I was touched by your letter about your Mom, Brian, as I have held the same prayer for all our children and grandchildren.  God does answer if we persist as the old lady did before the king as Jesus shared.  We are still in prayer for some of them, we will persist till the day He calls us home.  Below are prayer requests for family and others whose plight God has put on our hearts:

1. Grandson A whose brain tumor is growing as are the symptoms and his faith, though a baptized Christian, is being tested and sometimes falters.

2.  Two children and two older grandchildren who are desperately in need of jobs…have been without now for several months.

3.  D whose back continues to crumble, though some pain relief has been achieved recently.

4.  Our nephew, a child with numerous chromosomal abnormalities that keeps he and his parents at the hospital a couple weeks of every month. Praise God for places like Ronald McDonald, which they frequent regularly and it allows them some semblance of home away from home while hospital treatment is needed.  This child is an angel…at age four he thanks the doctors and nurses when they care for him even though they are causing him pain, he always has a smile, and he loves to pray.  He tells of Jesus’ visits to him and to other chromosomal damaged friends of his that Jesus instructs him to pray for.

5. Two sons that are both considering re-marriage after divorces brought on by wives that could not cope with their physical disabilities brought about during military duty.

6. One son whose faith is seemingly too secular…pray that he will experience PERSONAL connection with his savior that will straighten his faith path and bring him to baptism.

7. Pray for grandchildren that are suffering emotionally from trauma brought on by parents’ choices.

8. Pray for C who has abandoned her faith, is daily destroying longstanding relationships due to her separation from God and her dangerous choices.

9. Pray for our friend, D, a pastor and missionary who experienced a brain clot several months ago and has a long path back to being able to function normally.  Pray also for his wife who must deal with many distressful situations as he recovers.

10. Pray for guidance for us as we interact within all the prayer situations above.  Help us to be Christ for these people, to draw on Jesus’ strength to keep joy emanating from our hearts, and to hold forth hope.

Hello brothers and sisters,   Could you please pray for me and my family? I got diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer spread to bone and lung.  I’ve been getting chemo once a week for last two months.  I have 13 years, 4 years and 2 years old sons.

My husband P and I have been asking everyone we know to pray for us. God is my the only hope.

We’ve been praying for total healing for me. We live in Ottawa and God has been sending all the help in our way.

Please pray for me and this family. I pray to live long and healthy life to raise my boys and spend my senior days with my loving husband.   Love you all in Jesus name   -C P

Abe P requests prayer for his younger sister Sue (b. 1936), who is undergoing chemo therapy for kidney cancer.  Sue is one of the kindest people you will ever meet.  Her husband, Abe H, took quite an early retirement from a successful business that he and two other Christians began .  They reside in  Manitoba.  (The name ‘Abe’ was so prevalent in our P. Family that you could be in a room with four Abe’s at a time: my Uncle Abe T (deceased), my oldest brother-in-law Abe I. (deceased), Abe H, and myself Abe .  To top it off you would have Genesis’ Abraham’s God presiding!  The God of Abraham Praise!)  “Honest!”

 

I have a prayer request for the salvation of my husband Jerry. I have prayed for him for 40 years. Thank you E. G.

 

Prayer for my cousin Bob, an 81 yr old who is quadriplegic-on a support respirator:but miraculously talks, and eats with a tracheotomy.He says he believes, but doesn’t want to converse about the Bible. Pray that God, the Holy Spirit, will revive this entire family of sister, brother, neices and nephews-the tragedy has left them confused about God’s ways.

I, his cousin, am his main support since July(I also am a senior)-so far I have been given the strength, and health. I look forward to God’s working Salvation in the midst of this situation, that He may bring much Glory to His Name. This is a long sharing-but it seemed important to give adequate explanation on how the Lord has already sustained him- Thank you!
