Dr. John Loge

Dr. John Loge is a medical doctor by trade, yet his first love is to preach and teach the Bible and just about anything associated with it. John currently serves as the president of Nipawin Bible College in northern Saskatchewan, Canada. John's chief passion is training up the next generation of leaders for the Church. John’s Bible College connections include attending Winnipeg Bible College, board service at Millar College of the Bible, adjunct teaching at four Bible colleges, and completing a seminary (Master of Biblical Studies) degree through Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary in Cochrane, AB.

Although he serves as a passionate follower of Jesus in his present role as a Bible College President, John has a long history in the medical profession. He received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Manitoba. His areas of interest are ER work and obstetrics. John has held numerous medical leadership positions (most recently, Community Medical Director, Associate Zone Medical Director for an area with Alberta Health Services, and Chief of Staff of a local hospital).

He worked with MissionGO in the Republic of Congo three times with his children—and some of his children have made their own trips since then.

He and his lovely wife, Audrey, have 4 children, two sons-in-law, and 4 grandchildren. They also have 10 head of cattle. They enjoy traveling together, obtaining almost all their food from homegrown sources, and investing in the lives of young people. John’s interests include hunting, fishing, and triathlons.
