Zacharia's (goes by Kulie) father died from a sudden illness just a few months ago. He had a job at a mine, but now his mom has no income and no way to support her children. Kulie often asks for prayer for himself “because my dad died.” We help the mom financially as often as we can, sharing with her the Truth and praying with her.
Kulie is very quiet in class but a real wiggle-bottom! He cannot stay in his seat. One will usually find him stretched out across his desk or turned around in his seat or lying on the floor…in constant motion. He is a bright student, but struggles to pay attention. He gets embarrassed easily, but with encouragement, he will successfully complete a task. Kulie has artistic ability and loves to draw. He is thankful for FCA because, “I get to learn.”
