Taste and See that the Lord is Good
Thanks to your generosity, Ahoban Radio received brand new recording equipment to replace the failing equipment the ministry had before. Our missionaries radiated joy telling us what a blessing this was to them! “We are thankful and grateful to our God for answering our prayers as we needed to replace our failing equipment. We were able to replace our recording equipment including a computer—and then purchase a video projector for our VBS and discipleship program, which helps us spread the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ!”
In the last year, God has blessed the fruits of their labor! 1,500 people have come to know Christ through Ahoban Radio! Our missionaries led 300 new local believers in baptism! They led 10 conferences, discipled over 500 believers, and produced 450 radio programs.
Ahoban Radio desires to give each listener that completes our Bible correspondence course a Bible of their own. These new believers in the faith are hungry for the Word of God! Would you join us to put God’s precious Word into the hands of 500 new Bengali believers who have finished the correspondence courses? The cost of each Bible is $7 CAD/$6 USD. This is a great need as the Word of God is transforming individual hearts—and then communities! When a believer has his/her own copy of Scripture, an individual can memorize it, seek to apply it to their daily lives, and then make disciples! We know that the Word of God is living and active (Hebrews 4:12) and that it is profitable for teaching, reproof, correction, and training in righteousness—that each believer may be equipped for every good work (2 Timothy 3:16-17)!
