1 in 5 Children in Sierra Leone Die Before
Their 5th Birthday

Every minute that goes by, more children in Sierra Leone are at risk—of disease,
starvation, and violence related to poverty—things most of us are fortunate enough never to experience. Many of these children are orphans who lost their parents to the mass Ebola epidemic that swept the county for two years. They’re lost, afraid, and need someone to care for them.

At MissionGO, we’re working to help these children by providing the resources they need to survive and a solid education that will strengthen their relationship with the Lord. Proverbs 18:15 says, “The heart of the discerning acquires knowledge, for the ears of the wise seek it out.” By addressing their urgent needs and introducing them to the teachings of Christ, we’re helping them to rise above their circumstances. But we can’t do it without you.
