Aaron and Bonnie Wells
The Wells family was called to missions in 2010 and has been serving as missionaries under Mission GO since 2011. They became full-time missionaries in 2013 and served in Costa Rica until 2019. Since 2019, the Wells have been serving as church planters in the United States.
From 2019 to 2024, they planted churches and ministries while based in Middlesex County, Virginia. Since the end of 2024, they have been serving in North Florida with the continued focus of multiplying disciples through missional church planting.
The Wells live missionally, going as God directs them and investing in people to help them hear God's call and respond to it in connection with discipleship through church planting. The Wells are church planters with a pastor's heart to train church planters and see the kingdom of God multiply.
Jesus calls His people to be His witnesses, to share the Good News, and to make disciples. This is done well through church planting and discipleship. When someone says “yes” to God’s call, the Wells love to come alongside them to equip, encourage, and support them. Their family's heart is to invest their lives to see disciples multiplying disciples, churches multiplying churches, and leaders multiplying leaders.
Weekly discipleship is done with individuals by being in the Word together and praying. They also lead group training workshops with the Church Development Network that are focused on multiplication through discipleship and church planting. The Wells have led these trainings both in the United States and overseas throughout West Africa and Latin America.
Aaron and Bonnie have been married for over 25 years and have 4 children—Vincent, Veronica, Serinity, and Royce. Aaron is currently researching and writing his dissertation to complete his PhD in Biblical Studies. This will be used to further equip, train, and teach church planters and pastors.
You can be part of the work God is doing through the Wells family by partnering with them in prayer, becoming a monthly financial ministry partner, or making a one-time monetary donation. Your partnership makes you a vital part of this work and helps us live on mission and travel to start and encourage new church planting movements as God opens doors.
