Medical Professionals - Guatemala

Location:  Clinics are set up in various regions of Guatemala.

Dates:  Customize your trip, consider a few weeks or months

Serving:  Together with Guatemalan nationals, serve people without access to good medical and dental care. 

Description: Medical professionals are needed to serve with MissionGO at Fundacion La Misión which is an organization that conducts medical, dental, and eye clinics in remote villages and towns throughout Guatemala.  Volunteers should have a servant's heart and be willing to travel to remote regions of the country. Medical volunteers will serve as part of an international team of Guatemalans and North Americans working together.

All kinds of doctors needed: general physicians, ER, pediatricians, ER physicians, obstetrician-gynecologists and infectious disease specialists, nurses, dentists, optometrists, and more.

GAP STUDENTS

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work.
