The Kimia Center Feeding and Garden Project

An Outreach Mission trip in April 2025 brought new patients to the Kimia Center for supervised leprosy treatment. There are currently 23 patients receiving treatment and 41 people to feed including their families. This has added an increased burden to our cooking and gardening team, and more funds are needed to provide nutritious meals for those staying at the Kimia Center.

Kimia Center Building Project (Generator)

The Kimia Center was recently blessed with the gift of a hospital-sized generator! It has the capacity to power a modern treatment center with an operating room, a laboratory, adequate water for toilet and shower facilities, the functioning of an administrative office with all its electrical equipment, and lighting for KC and the community. Now we must construct a building to house it at the Kimia Center. The estimated cost is $1,000 USD. Bricks are being donated by Serge as a gift to God. At the present time, the stockpiling of sand and gravel is readily accessible from the riverbed before the onset of rainy season.

Kimia Center Building Project (Storage Building)

The storage building behind Sarah’s house is about 65 years old, and it is currently held up by a large termite structure! A new 3-room building is needed for fuel storage, outboard motors, equipment for the Outreach Mission’s Program, tools, lawnmower, and a guard's storage room. The estimated cost is $4,000 USD for the materials and labor.

GAP STUDENTS

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work. As they serve, they deepen their relationship with God, seek His direction, and better understand the unique purpose He has for their lives.
