Abdulai's nickname is Bolloh. Bollah comes from a Muslim home and lives with his mom and siblings (one brother and one sister). Almost daily, he asks if he can lie down and take a nap, and sometimes even falls asleep at his desk. He struggles to learn the sounds of his letters and to recognize numbers, but his smile is infectious!

Bolloh is all boy! He loves to play soccer and is quite good at it. He has difficulty staying focused in class but is quiet and respectful. At home, he likes to help with chores, and his favorite food is macaroni. When asked what he likes about school, he said, “I like to pass.”  He is thankful for FCA because he “gets to learn.” Surprisingly, he is very attentive during our bible time (while not so much during the other class times) and does a good job summarizing the bible stories and quoting bible verses.
