Clay and Karleigh recently transitioned back to ministry in the United States after serving for many years in the Dominican Republic.

Clay and Karleigh are both working with MissionGO's Mobilization Team as they develop their internship program on college campuses. This allows their Gospel reach to be furthered as they help equip, train, and send out new laborers into the mission field. Clay's heart for pastoral ministry will hopefully lead to other ministry opportunities in West Virginia. Their goal as a couple is to get involved in local church ministry in WV, looking for ways to disciple, teach, and serve the community in which they’re now living.

Karleigh continues to work as an administrative assistant for Lily House, an anti-trafficking ministry in the DR. Lily House serves teen girls in prevention as well as adult women, providing education and vocational skills in a Christ-centered environment. Karleigh will be coordinating jewelry parties with the jewelry made by participants, as well as helping in other areas like donor development and special projects.

GAP STUDENTS

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work. As they serve, they deepen their relationship with God, seek His direction, and better understand the unique purpose He has for their lives.
