Omaru comes from a strict Muslim family, so we are so thankful for the Truth that he gets to hear every day at FCA. He is a bright fellow but lacks self-confidence – unless he is on the soccer field! He has memorized 22 Bible verses this year, some of which he recited for his parents at our Christmas program.

Omaru reports that the best thing about FCA is the snacks! He is very athletic and loves to play soccer. He stated that when he is at home, he likes to run. He is quiet and respectful in the classroom, but is a real go-getter on the soccer field. He enjoys learning to write his letters and is doing well at learning his letter sounds. He gets along well with his classmates, both inside and outside the classroom.
