Team Building Seminar

This Team Building Seminar was led by Dave Roberts from MissionPrep.

Dave Roberts holds a degree in pastoral studies and a master’s degree in Missiology / Intercultural Studies. He served 12 years in Zambia with the Africa Evangelical Fellowship, training church leaders. He later served as Associate Dean of Students for Intercultural Initiatives at Tyndale University College & Seminary. Currently he is a pastor at West Highland Baptist Church and Director for SIM Zambia.

MissionPREP is the equipping arm of the MORE Network, a ministry of Outreach Canada! They are committed to enhancing the long-term effectiveness of Christians serving in cross-cultural mission. They offer interactive training programs for the whole family in three areas:

  • cross-cultural life & ministry (IMPACT)
  • language acquisition strategies (PLANTS)
  • debriefing the missionary experience (RE-VIEW)

GAP STUDENTS

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work. As they serve, they deepen their relationship with God, seek His direction, and better understand the unique purpose He has for their lives.
