God allowed us to have an awesome ministry with Word of Life staring in 2003, leading short-term mission teams around the world. We have led and hosted over 80 short-term health care, ministry, and work teams to a variety of countries all around the world. Our hearts had been burdened for the people of every country we have ministered in.

In 2013 we moved to Brazil, where we served and ministered to remote river communities in tributaries of the Amazon River. Our passion, desire, and calling have been ever-growing for the evangelization and discipleship of people in remote places that don't have access to the Gospel. In 2019 God changed our direction toward MissionGO, where Butch is now ministering as the Director of Development. The experiences God has allowed us to have in our ministry growth over the years have prepared us for this wonderful opportunity with MissionGO to further the ministry of church planting around the world.
