Ernest and Blessing Lockngenu

Send a Note Start a Campaign

We have been serving the Lord together for over ten years. During this time, we have had opportunities to visit churches in many areas. While some are growing and remain faithful to Biblical principles, others have closed or have deviated from sound doctrine. One of the main reasons for this is a lack of training for pastors and church leaders. I (Ernest) have been burdened by the need to train and equip leaders.

While working to establish a strong local church in our community of Yaounde, we desire to train men living in remote areas who desire to be better equipped to serve their local churches. We work with Tyndale Theological Seminary and Biblical Institute (Yaounde Learning Center), an arm of the local church. This school of theology is a great tool in "preparing and equipping God-fearing believers to accurately interpret and expose the word of God for effective and spiritually mature leadership and service." Our ministry vision is to create extensions of the Learning Center in other regions so that men who wish to be trained can have easier access to training.

GAP STUDENTS

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work. As they serve, they deepen their relationship with God, seek His direction, and better understand the unique purpose He has for their lives.
