Rafael and Zaida have a passion for teaching the Bible in the Spanish-speaking world. Rafael has been in ministry since 1989, serving actively in ministry as a missionary, pastor, Bible professor, Bible Institute Director, and writer. During his career he has served in countries such as Argentina, Costa Rica, Mexico and in the United States. His most recent assignment was as a Bible Institute Director and professor in Mexico. Rafael and his family have now moved back to the United States.

Zaida has been in ministry since 1995, serving first as a single missionary in Venezuela. In 2005 she married Rafael Charpentier, and they have continued serving the Lord together. Zaida has a passion for teaching the Bible to women.

Currently, the Charpentiers are developing a teaching and training ministry for Spanish-speaking Christians in local churches in the United States and overseas. Also, Rafael is currently teaching the Bible weekly through an online Bible Seminary at www.seminarioenlinea.org
