Sylvia Ann Adolfsen

Send a Note Start a Campaign

Sylvia’s ministry to high school students, children, and adults in Belize began in 2008. Today, Sylvia still has the freedom to share the Gospel as she teaches her students about Jesus and how much He loves them and died on the Cross for them, and the importance of having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. During this time hundreds of high school students as well as those in nearby Mayan and Ketchi villages have asked Jesus into their lives as Saviour and Lord and want to follow Him for the rest of their lives.

Sylvia’s involvement with social programs helps to provide these kids and their families, as well as those in surrounding communities with food, clothes, classes on life skills, and even scholarships. Sylvia is currently teaching Scripture classes in a government primary school.

Sylvia is thankful to God for His faithfulness, unconditional love and for the awesome privilege of serving Him among these people in Belize.

Please pray about joining Sylvia’s support team as a prayer warrior and/or a financial supporter.

GAP STUDENTS

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work. As they serve, they deepen their relationship with God, seek His direction, and better understand the unique purpose He has for their lives.
