Our hearts at MissionGO are filled with gratitude for the incredible ways God has worked through your prayers and support. This season reminds us of the greatest gift—Jesus Christ, the Light of the World—who entered our darkness to bring hope, joy, and eternal life.

Through MissionGO’s ministries, His light is shining brightly across the globe—from spiritual breakthroughs in Uganda to compassionate care in Belize and joyful celebrations in India. These stories reflect one powerful truth: Jesus is actively overcoming darkness in every form to bring healing and wholeness to His children.

Shining Christ's Light into Spiritual Darkness: In Uganda, Tina Achidri witnessed a powerful transformation. A young person, tormented by spiritual curses, experienced her body thrashing uncontrollably, even after receiving medical care for a physical ailment. Attempts by others to cast out the demon only exhausted her. However, in stillness, as the presence of God was invited through worship and as she proclaimed with her mouth that Jesus is LORD, the oppression decreased in strength. Tina and her ministry partners watched in wonder as this young woman regained control of her body and the darkness fled, leaving her free! This powerful testimony reminds us that our call is to shine the Light of God into dark places, illuminating the way to salvation—for when the Holy Spirit enters, there is freedom and redemption.

Creating Safe Spaces of Peace and Dignity: Margaret Mooney, with 21 years of experience caring for children with special needs in Belize, exemplifies the love of Jesus as a beacon of light in a world that is often harsh for these precious individuals. Her vision is to build "Casa De Shalom" (House of Peace), a home for children with special needs like Faustino—an 11-year-old boy who is unable to walk or feed himself. This dream is now taking root, with the foundation already begun. This will provide much-needed support for vulnerable children, ensuring that they have the opportunity to live to their full potential and experience the love and compassion of Jesus.

Bringing Hope and Joy to the Vulnerable: In southern India, Mano Young and her father Samuel Benjamin's home for the elderly and destitute, "Ponnagam," is a beacon that reflects Christ’s light that overcomes darkness and brings renewed hope to humanity. For the past 19 years, Ponnagam has opened its doors to individuals who have been abandoned and neglected by their own families, offering dignity and a sense of belonging to these dear souls. Eyes once flooded with tears now radiate hope and happiness. Ponnagam is a beacon of light for individuals to forget their darkest days and to truly experience and embrace God’s unconditional love and the message of salvation found only in Jesus Christ.

A Christmas Invitation: Invest in God’s Transforming Light

As we celebrate the birth of our Savior, we’re reminded that MissionGO’s life-changing work is only possible through God’s provision and your partnership.

This Christmas, we’re prayerfully seeking $60,000 to sustain and grow ministries that shine Christ’s light into places of deep need:

  • Uganda: Bringing spiritual freedom and salvation to those trapped in darkness.
  • Belize: Building Casa De Shalom, a loving home for children with special needs.
  • India: Supporting the Ponnagam home, offering dignity and God’s love to the elderly and abandoned.
  • Many more places across the world where God’s love is actively transforming lives.

Your gift is more than a donation—it’s an investment in transformation and hope. Every contribution helps others experience the true meaning of Christmas.

Will you consider a special gift or become a monthly partner to help us reach our goal and shine His light even brighter?

Thank you for being a vital part of MissionGO's journey, bringing hope and light to the world!

Have a blessed Christmas!

GAP STUDENTS

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work. As they serve, they deepen their relationship with God, seek His direction, and better understand the unique purpose He has for their lives.
