Tim and Taylor have been involved in short-term missions since they were young and have served in a combined 23 countries in a variety of ministry roles. Through both their individual and shared mission experiences, God has given them a passion to come alongside missionaries—both internationally and within the United States.

Their vision is to lead multiple mission teams each year to support missionaries and their ministries, helping to ease burdens, strengthen existing work, and provide added momentum to what God is already accomplishing. Just as others invested in and discipled them through missions, Tim and Taylor desire to disciple team members, helping them grow in their faith and discern God's calling for their lives, particularly in the area of missions.
