South Africa Trip - Summer 2026

Trip Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Trip Dates: May 17-30, 2026

Trip Length: 14 days

Trip Cost: $2,050 USD + Airfare*

Step into the story God is writing in Cape Town, South Africa, through Swing for Success — a Christ-centered nonprofit using golf and mentorship to disciple and empower high school youth from disadvantaged communities.

As a short-term missions volunteer, you’ll help run afterschool programs that combine sports, life skills, and Biblical values. You’ll build real relationships, speak hope into young lives, and reflect the love of Jesus through presence, humility, and service. No golf experience is needed—just a heart for youth and a willingness to serve. This is a chance to invest in the Kingdom in a tangible, relational way. God is at work—and there’s a place for you in the story!

*Please note that prices do not include airfare transportation to country of service. Ticket prices fluctuate often due to fuel prices, demand, and dates. Flight prices to Africa generally range between $1,000 to $1,800 USD. Airplane tickets will be purchased a few months before each trip. MissionGO strives to find the best routes and rates available.

GAP STUDENTS

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work. As they serve, they deepen their relationship with God, seek His direction, and better understand the unique purpose He has for their lives.
