Our vision is for every child and family in Zambia to be released from extreme poverty and have the ability to fulfill the purpose that God has for their lives.

African Vision of Hope is a Christian organization committed to bringing immediate and lasting solutions to children and families living in extreme poverty. We confront the root causes of poverty by providing opportunities to be educated, grow up healthy, develop leadership and economic skills and learn about God’s love. African Vision of Hope has 5 schools in Zambia with a total of 3,000 students. Each school serves students one meal a day, adding up to a total of 700,000 meals a year.

We believe that investing in sustainable solutions through education, leadership development, and spiritual discipling will make a lasting change for children and their communities. We know that education provides the real and lasting change that will enable children and families to overcome poverty, changing generations forever. Your investment provides:

- Access to education for vulnerable children

- Health and hygiene education and treatment

- Leadership and economic training that is community-based and sustainable

- Demonstrating and sharing God's love

You can put a pencil in their hands, a hot meal in their tummies, and the love of Jesus in their hearts. Come alongside us in the fight against extreme poverty.

GAP STUDENTS

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work. As they serve, they deepen their relationship with God, seek His direction, and better understand the unique purpose He has for their lives.
