Training Haitian pastors and church leaders is the pathway to transforming Haiti.

It is estimated that 90 percent of all pastors in the developing world have no formal biblical, theological, or pastoral training. Haiti is no exception. The Haitian church is constantly fighting false teachers and bad theology. Without leaders trained in the Truth, the Haitian church stands defenseless under these attacks.

The CETHEM Bible School construction project is initiated to address that specific need. With the construction of the school, we will be able to offer classes at different times (day, evening, and weekend courses) so that more pastors/church leaders can be trained. CETHEM applies the “train the trainer” ministry model, calling all students to be actively engaged in ministry and sharing their training with other Christians and leaders in their sphere of influence. With this approach, we are not only training individuals but multiplying the impact of the truths we are teaching.
