Alex and Suzanne have been involved in full-time ministry in Lyon since 2001, the year they were married. Alex leads a budding church-plant near the centre of the city. Together with Suzanne, they seek to glorify God through communicating the Gospel message to as many people as possible. They pray that many would come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ, and as a result, the church would grow and in time other churches would be established. Also that there would be a positive, visible impact on this urban area, which is the second largest in France.

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work. As they serve, they deepen their relationship with God, seek His direction, and better understand the unique purpose He has for their lives.
