MissionGO's Mobilization Internship (MMI)

Internship Description
We are thrilled to offer a part-time, professional internship for students eager to explore opportunities in cross-cultural, Gospel-focused missions. As an intern, you’ll partner with MissionGO’s mobilization team to cultivate meaningful connections on your campus while raising awareness about long-term service opportunities. This internship is designed to deliver valuable professional experience with the flexibility to meet any academic or internship requirements you may have. Participants will receive reimbursement for expenses related to planned events and meetings with prospective leads, professors, advocates, or MissionGO alumni.

About MissionGO
At MissionGO, our goal is clear: to spread the Gospel of God's grace as revealed in His Word. Rooted in fellowship with like-minded believers, we aim to win souls for Christ and empower those called by the Holy Spirit to serve wherever He leads. MissionGO brings the transformative message of Jesus Christ to people everywhere, offering flexibility to missionaries in fulfilling their unique callings. Our ministries span diverse fields, including church planting, radio, medical services, community development, evangelism, discipleship, and much more. With offices in the USA and Canada, MissionGO has been facilitating global outreach since 1943, now spanning 55+ countries with hundreds of missionaries. Together, we strive to help all people experience the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.

About the Internship Program
The MMI program invites undergraduate students to engage with an international, non-profit organization dynamically and effectively. As an intern, you’ll actively contribute to mobilizing, equipping, and sending missionaries worldwide, directly supporting MissionGO’s mission to multiply disciples and send workers into the harvest.

This internship goes beyond tasks—it’s a chance to inspire others on your campus by sharing God’s global heart and the urgent need for missions. Throughout the program, you’ll receive one-on-one guidance from a dedicated mentor who will invest in your professional and spiritual development.

We hope that MMI participants will prayerfully consider stepping into long-term (2+ years) service in career missions with MissionGO. Upon completing the program, it would be our greatest joy to welcome you into the MissionGO family and support your journey into overseas ministry.

GAP STUDENTS

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work. As they serve, they deepen their relationship with God, seek His direction, and better understand the unique purpose He has for their lives.
