Glenn has been in middle-senior high youth ministry for over 30 years. Along with weekly meetings, Glenn and Kathy mentor and disciple inner-city young people by spending time with them and doing life together. They attend youth conferences, seminars, remain in constant contact answering questions, and always point to God's Word for life's answers.

Glenn is a missionary lead pastor at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation, as well as the Missionary Youth Director at Christ Community Church in Lockport, NY. Glenn also speaks at banquets, conferences, and men's meetings.

Kathy is very involved at Pleasant Valley Church by leading praise choruses each Sunday as well as teaching 4-9 year-olds in Junior Church. She is available to speak, sing, and lead choruses at ladies' luncheons and conferences. She also serves the Lord as a singer/songwriter and is currently working on her third recording project, which includes Glenn, their children, and other members of her family.

Together, they minister to Native American youth by taking them to Ron Hutchcraft's annual Warrior Leadership Summit in Illinois. There are many churches that call from the reservations to ask for help with outreach. Many doors are being opened to reach teens in the Cattaraugus territory as well. The Blooms are also the directors of the annual Fellowship of Indian Churches retreat for Native American pastors, their families, and churches. Both Glenn and Kathy love to serve the body of Christ and see the lost come to salvation in Christ!

GAP STUDENTS

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work. As they serve, they deepen their relationship with God, seek His direction, and better understand the unique purpose He has for their lives.
