We have hospitals, clinics, and mobile clinic opportunities in Guatemala and Sierra Leone.

If you are a medical student or medical professional, we invite you to explore serving with MGO.

Specifically, we are seeking:
  • Administrative Assistant
  • Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Midwives
  • Physicians (all specialties)
  • Physician Assistants
  • Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician
  • Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist
  • Nursing, Medical, and Allied Health Students, Interns, and Residents

GAP STUDENTS

Supporting a gap year student is an investment in a young person stepping boldly into the world to grow, serve, and discover their calling. During a gap year, students gain real‑world experience, develop maturity, and engage in meaningful work. As they serve, they deepen their relationship with God, seek His direction, and better understand the unique purpose He has for their lives.
